- Spend time with you pet.
- Spend time laughing over funny memories.
- Have a photoshoot.
- Go shopping (or window shopping.)
- Binge watch a TV show you love.
- Make a playlist.
- Get in touch with an old friend.
- Clear out your closet or organize your room.
#11 Spend time with God. I do that daily, and I haven’t been lonely in years. 😉

I know it doesn’t get said a lot because it’s kind of gross, but I find maintaining proper hygiene to something that makes me feel better in the down times because it’s very easy to let it slip.
